After placing an order with QLEAN, we are pleased to advise the following process:
- You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received and is being prepared.
- When goods are dispatched you will receive an email confirming your delivery has been shipped and a link to your tracking information.
- Goods shall be packaged to prevent product damage during transportation.
Australian Standard Shipping
From February 2021 we've reduced our flat rate to just $5 Australia wide and all orders over $100 receive free postage.
Postage is also free for orders comprising only travel/petite sized products. Please note this service does not include tracking.
The shipping calculator on the website delivers accurate estimates for standard international shipping with tracking as well as express international shipping with tracking. Cost varies according to your country and the total weight of products in your order.
Free Shipping Promotions
On occasion we offer free shipping to all Australian customers as a limited time promotion. On these occasions the following terms apply:
- Express post is not included in the free shipping promotion;
- Shipping postcode must be in Australia;
- Maximum order weight 5 kg.
Estimated arrival from when your order is placed
- For metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, you should receive your goods within 4 - 7 working days.
- For all of WA, Tasmania and regional areas of all other States, your order may take 7 - 10 working days to arrive
- Overseas 1-3 weeks
If you require items urgently, please select express post shipping on checkout at the extra cost specified.
Delivery service terms & conditions
Please read carefully these standard terms for reliable postal-order services.
- Most orders are sent by Standard Parcel Post ensuring that your order can be tracked.
- If no-one is at home when Australia Post or the courier delivers, you should receive a ‘calling card’ explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office.
- If no-one will be at home during the day, you might consider having the order shipped to a work address.
- It is your responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are provided. We are not responsible for reshipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided.
- Please note: It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately via phone or email. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
- We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
- We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery
- Local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
